Your initial visit is a complimentary fitness consultation and evaluation.
During your visit we will listen to you talk about your present lifestyle, current injuries or limitations and your short and long term health/fitness goals. We will also discuss your present nutrition, body composition and strength training goals. You will leave your initial consultation having a better understanding on what you need to do to accomplish your specific goals.
During your 1st Personal Training session we will take you through a body composition assessment and discuss your results.
You will have an understanding of how much muscle mass and body fat mass you have in pounds. You will receive a follow up e-mail with how to get started with your nutrition accountability and food logs. We will set weekly goals and do continuious body composition follow ups to see how you are progressing. With the proper nutrition, strength training program and the right amount of accountability the results will exceed your expectations.
After your first few training sessions you should start to see an improvement in your cardiovascular health and basic strength.
You will also start getting a better understanding on how to fuel your body to maximize your body composition results.
